Edit summary usage

Hi! Welcome to my user page. I created my account about one-and-a-half years ago, and I am now quite experienced on Wikipedia. My Username is AstroHurricane001, because I am interested in Astronomy, Weather, and various other subjects. You may call me AstroHurricane001, AstroHurricane, Astrohurricane, Astro, ~AH1(TCU), AH1, or AH. I moved my Userboxes onto a separate subpage (see below). I have made over 5000 edits on the English Wikipedia, and currently have more edits than Jimbo. I once got a score of about 700 - 800 on the Wikipediholism Test even before my first edit. I also have a user talk page, where you can post comments to or about me or talk about my edits. I have been reading articles on Wikipedia for over a year now, and I think it is a great site. I have created several articles, especially ones about meteor showers, comets, rare animals, Dinotopia, The Weather Network, cryptological primates, books, telescope-related pages, Caldwell objects, etc. Please ask me for permission before making a major edit to my page or subpages, although I usually don't mind if someone makes a small correction, etc, reverting vandalism, or if I give you permission on the specific subpage or section. Email has been enabled. Please do not send me any unless you feel that it is sufficiently important, and if you do then notify me on my talkpage if you wish. I will also most likely not reply directly, but I may do so if you request that I do not reply publicly. My user page has been vandalized 1, 2, 3, 4 times. My sigs page was also vandalized several times over several edits. Both my userpage and signatures page have been semi-protected due to high levels of vandalism. My talkpage was once temporarily semi-protected due to trolling, but no longer is. My talkpage has been vandalised a total of 15 times.

Although I have not put all of this on the Birthday Committee page, I registered for the English Wikipedia on Oct 4, 2006. If you wish to know, as over a year has already passed since I registered, my birthday is between the day that the first tropical storm formed, that would later become a hurricane, and the day that the last tropical storm formed, that would later become a hurricane, in the Atlantic, on the year that I signed up.

What I do here

I mostly edit articles, add information to articles, fix spelling/grammar mistakes, create articles, revert and rollback vandalism, post on talk pages, make edits in the sandbox, make redirect pages, and update my user page and subpages, and a lot of other stuff. I have also created an MOTD barnstar. I have also contributed to one Did You Know?.
