[edit] Super Summer
Super Summer Session 3 (Blue School Rocks!) is held at ETBU, maybe this should be included.
[edit] School of Business
Isn't there a School of Business? Business/economics students now have their own building. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.5.155.47 (talk) 18:56, 28 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] Can't "Back" from this page
I can't "Back" from this page. Needs to be fixed. Its annoying when I am given to a link to something I don't want and I can't even get out of it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.251.69.157 (talk) 23:07, 7 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:ETBU logo.jpg
Image:ETBU logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:58, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Headline text
What pros and cons would there be in removing "fully accredited" from the lead section?
- We already have a separate section about accreditation. Thus, IMHO, the phrase can be safely removed from the lead. (Featured articles such as Dartmouth College do not have this information in the lead.) --Kushalt 03:32, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
- Well, I think I should remove this sentence from the lead. If you disagree, please feel free to give your reasons here and revert. Kushal 04:51, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Copyvio?
Call boxes are placed in strategic locations around campus.
is exactly the text from [1]. Does that make it a copyvio? Should we rephrase it and cite the information? Kushalt 14:30, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
- I am removing the text since there was no response. feel free to revert, but please provide some information here. Kushal 00:09, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
It seems thatcampus compare has a version of this article. It may well be that the website has copied Wikipedia, but if it is the other way around then we will have to rewrite the article from scratch (ouch). Kushal 13:25, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Endowment
According to [2], The endowment is USD 56,158,298. 69.150.163.1 (talk) 02:28, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] notable alumni
In the section Notable alumni, I am marking "James John, Owner of JPJ Digital Arts and Multi-billionaire" with a fact tag. Please replace the tag with a published, reliable source. I would like to see verification that
- James John is an alumni of ETBU.
- James John is a notable person.
Thanks Kushal 03:11, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Update: I have deleted the information. Please see Wikipedia:Verifiability#Burden_of_evidence for details. Kushal 04:01, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] starting from scratch
hello, I have started to write the article again from scratch (some information in the infobox and references retained from the previous version. It contains very little text at the moment but if the article is deleted, this could give us a head start. Kushal 14:35, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
