In regards to the earthquake creating damages in "La Mulata", Tachira...are you sure it was not "La Mulera" instead of "La Mulata"? Please check the names...My father's family and extended family lived in the regions of Capacho Viejo, La Mulera, and La Grita. Please check.... Otherwise, good info.
