I have read in a novel, published in Israel "Every House needs a Balcony", by Rina Frank Mitrany, (2005), that in the middle of WW2 there was a strong earthquake in Rumania. I believe that what I've read relates to the 1977 quake, but it may also be true that there was a quake in the early 40's too. If anyone can provide additional info. please indicate. Thank you.
