I was reading the article, and it seems like whoever made it seems to have stuck his/her own opinion into it. It really shows in sentences such as you are first allowed to customize your own character, in which there isn't that much of a selection. and A new feature that should have been added within some time back. It seems like it was made by someone with too much criticism, and has little to do with the actual article..
