As a resident od Dubai Festival city, I can vouch for the content of this article, I am even surprised that the content is even challenged as it is only a summary of the 2 article given as a referrence.

[edit] Marsa Al Khor as alternative name

I have taken out the part of the article that said the alternative name of Dubai Festival City is Marsa Al Khor (in Arabic: مرسى الخور). Marsa Al Khor is a small part within Dubai Festival City and not an altervative name. Marsa Al Khor is a business complex that is yet to be built.
