[edit] Richard Aldington

Richard Aldington could not have been a former Dormston pupil because he would have finished his education in c. 1907, nearly 30 years before Dormston opened.

[edit] Non notable staff

This is an encyclopedia. Non notable staff can be included on a school website, but are not really appropriate here. --Dweller 09:40, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism on 15th March 2007

The claim that Mrs Sherwood's wig "blew off on 7th March 2007, killing 81 children in the process" was immature nonsense and wholly inappropriate for inclusion on this website.

The claim that Dormston was full of Jewish pupils was also complete nonsense. To my knowledge, there were no Jewish pupils during my time there (a few years ago) and I do not believe that the number of Jewish pupils has increased significantly since I left (2003).

Adding the school's title as The Dormston School For Retards was sheer stupidity and vandalism.

The allegation that staff tortured pupils and kept them in cages was also ludicrous and totally inappropriate for this website. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by AlexWilkes (talkcontribs) 10:37, 16 March 2007 (UTC).
