Dong Cheng (? – 200) was a government official during the late Eastern Han/Three Kingdoms era of China. He was allegedly given the task to assassinate Cao Cao by Emperor Xian (via an edict hidden in a belt). Dong Cheng gathered people he trusted, including Liu Bei. The assassination plans were discovered by Cao Cao and Dong Cheng was executed.
