The album has sold 1,112,182 copies in the US certifying it as Platinum.

- The song "In Fate's Hands" was featured in the video game Madden NFL 07.
- The title of the album comes from a line in "In Fate's Hands". The line is: "Come dance with me, and don't you fake it."
- The song "Face Down" appears briefly and very faintly in a scene during the 2006 film Employee of the Month starring Dane Cook and Dax Shepard.
- The album was dedicated to Lachlan Pike, a friend of Wilkes' who almost died from cancer.
- The song "Misery Loves Its Company" is featured on the Saw IV soundtrack.
- The song "Face Down" can be heard in the Lindsay Lohan movie Georgia Rule when she hops into the driver's seat of her boyfriend's truck and chases after girls who have been tormenting her.
