Talk:Dolce & Gabbana
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Thanks Perl, seems like we were both interested in this article at the right time. I don't have much information nor time to add more stuff.

How is this actually pronounced? It's hard to read the typed out phoenetics/pronunciation. Is it possible to upload a wav file with the pronunciation? 20:34, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
- I'll try and help you. It is like Dol-chay Gab-an-a where you extend the word Gabbana to sound long! Hope this helps! --Djkinsella 19:30, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NEW Resource
If someone can read this article and reference it, it's a great "history" resource for this article http://www.newyorker.com/archive/2005/03/14/050314fa_fact1 LaVieEntiere (talk) 04:53, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Popular Culture References
The mention of the Black-Eyed Peas reference seems out of place and unimportant--perhaps add a section at the end?
I added a Pop Culture section. I guess it got a bit popular. It could use some cleaning up, though.
[edit] Motorazr V3i Dolce & Gabbana
Should a small paragraph of this cellphone model be included in the article?
I just bought this phone! (75.2.247.8 02:27, 29 March 2007 (UTC))
[edit] Changing title
Shouldn't the title be changed to Dolce&Gabbana since the only place that there is a space before and after the "&" is in the logo?
[edit] All those mentions
Are they REALLY necessary. They have destroyed the article. Remove the section I say.--Djkinsella 23:53, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- I also say delete them unless there are some which are particularly notable for some reason, more than the others. --Howdybob 16:34, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm gonna change this section to prose summing it all up, because how it currently stands there is rather awkward. FMB 20:22, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
"The private life of Gabbana and Dolce's affairs became public in 2005, when they officially announced their separation." How can affairs have a private life?
And of course, another fashion article about a company founded by gays that doesn't mention the word "gay" anywhere. Fuck you people. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.170.137.131 (talk) 07:06, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] D&G relationship
The article says: "The private life of Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce became public in 2005, when they officially announced their separation.", without mentioning what their relationship was. If we want to say that the relationship ended, we should introduce the relationship at a previous point in the article. 128.117.194.163 20:42, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
