[edit] Russian spelling?

This is not my subject but I'm wondering why it is Dmitri Alexeievich rather than Dmitry Alexeyevich? Also why is there an accent on the E of Ėmiliya Pavlovskaya? Best. --Kleinzach (talk) 06:54, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
