Dmitri Palamarchuk is a Ukrainian pairs figure skater. He previously competed with Julia Obertas. They won the Junior Grand Prix final twice. At the 2000 World Figure Skating Championships, he caught an edge on a lift and they both fell to the ice. Their partnership dissolved after that. Palamarchuk went on to skate with Tatiana Chuvaeva and Alexandra Tetenko.
