[edit] Birth city

Papadopoulos was born in Tashkent (Uzbekistan, not Kazakhstan!) according to the Panathinaikos F.C. website link: http://www.pao.gr/player.php?category_id=40&player_id=6857.I am not experienced in Wikipedia so i leave it to the original author to verify their original source or make appropriate changes.

  • No that's wrong. In the page there is a link to his personal site where he stresses that he was indeed born in Gagarin,Kazakhstan.Eagle of Pontus (talk) 17:31, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

No he isn't.He is a Pontic Greek and unfortunately a great deal of them were relocated by Stalin to Kazachstan, Uzbekistan and other former soviet republics. Eagle of Pontus (talk) 17:31, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
