This is a logo of an organization, item, or event, and is protected by copyright and/or trademark. This is the new corporate logo for Devon County Council, introduced in 2006 to replace the old coat of arms [1]. The design is copyrighted, but inclusion of a small image in the Devon article would seem to count as fair use.
