- OK I fixed the formatting so that the TOC is generated automatically by the WP software - the trick is to use WP:Headings - and I fixed the "See also" section to use proper Wikilinks. I also took out some of the extraneous spaces that were messing up the layout. You should move the references up into the <ref>.....</ref> tags as per WP:FN and probably as you are using books at references check out the proper citation templates for books at WP:CIT.
