I've added some tips on the Padgett dermatome. I have seen various sources to cite this tips so it's not original research. I will look for them. They are scattered and difficult to locate. However, I've included them now because, hopefully, they are a resource for others. If one is wikilawyering, then one might argue that it's original research until citation provided but let's try to compromise and not quibble.
