Born Dennis Cleveland Stewart on 29 July 1947 in Los Angeles County, CA. Died 20 April 1994 in Los Angeles County, CA. Played Leo (Crater Face), Scorpions gang leader in Grease (1978) and Balmudo in Grease 2 (1982). Dennis contracted HIV and by 1993 had AIDS. He died of cardiac arrest as a result of the disease. [1] His body was cremated and his ashes scattered at sea. [2]
