I have deleted the article DC Spensley. Not only was it blatant advertising (speedy deletion criterion G11), it was also a possible copyright infringement (criterion G12). It is up to you to release the content for use. You can read how you can do so at WP:COPYREQ. I hope you understand we can't take your word on a talk page for it.
