[edit] Pyramid scheme

Here's an interesting collision for this article. Apart from being the name of a guitarist, the name David Rhodes is also associated with a very hard to kill Pyramid scheme. Here is a sample from the letter:

My name is David Rhodes and in September 1997 I lost my job. ... To date I have made over $1,000,000.00.
