[DASSNAGAR] Industries is an India based business group with a turnover of US $2.0 billion billion for the fiscal year ending in March 2007 making it one of India's private sector companies. It was founded by the late Alamohan Das, founder of the city Dassnagar in Howrah district in 1961. After 36 yrs of operation they have diversified in many sectors, Power, Agro, Steel, Factory Automation, Engineering of Coil Processing Lines and Offshore Software Development being the key.
