The image is derivative of Games Workshop, but freely converted. Games Workshop allows unlimited use of models converted and created using non-standard factory designs. The image is used for educational purposes to describe modeling for the Warhammer 40,000 game.

This photograph is a derivative work of art based on a miniature created and copyrighted by Games Workshop. As such, it can be used on Wikipedia only under the fair use guidelines.
