Darren G. Davis is an American independent comic book publisher and writer. He is currently the head of Bluewater Productions, based out of Bellingham, Washington.

Davis began his career through marketing the entertainment industry at such companies as E! Entertainment Television and USA Network, when he left to pursue his creative endeavors in publishing. He took on a position at Wildstorm under Jim Lee. Shortly after, Wildstorm became an imprint of DC Comics. Following his time in corporate America, Davis joined on as President of Joe Madureira's Beyond Entertainment.
Following several years with Wildstorm, Davis formed his own publishing company where he created titles such as 10th Muse, Legend of Isis, Orion the Hunter, Judo Girl, The Blackbeard Legacy, and Victoria's Secret Service. Isis and Victoria's Secret Service have both been optioned for feature films.
Davis has also created a line of superhero children's books based on self-created character Atlas called ABC's for Superheroes, 123's for Superheroes and Superheroes Guide to the Planets. After a number of years in comics, Davis launched a self publishing company called Bluewater Productions, which launched it's first title in May 2007.
In December 2007, CastleBright Studios optioned Davis' 10th Muse character for a feature film. According to the press release, there are already talks engaged between the studio and various starlets for the lead role. [1]
He currently resides in Bellingham, Washington. Davis and his company played hosts to the Bellingham community's first comic convention, Bell Con, on October 13th. The event was a great success, and featured such known comic talents as Tom Peyer and Mike Grell.
