New York State Route 59A was a former segment of NY 59 between Nanuet and West Nyack, New York. As with the rest of the road it was an east-west road in southern Rockland County in the State of New York. It ran from NY-59 east of Rockland CR 33 in Nanuet, New York to NY-59 in West Nyack, New York at the interchange of Rockland CR 15(Western Highway).
