On hold - You will need to ask a steward to delete your global account before you can be renamed locally. Requests can be made at m:SR/SUL.	`{{CUS\|onhold}}`	The user has already unified their accounts and therefore a local account cannot be renamed 'into' that set due to a bug.
On hold - If you want to transfer the contributions you made as Example (talk · contribs), you will need to ask a steward to delete your global account before you can be renamed locally. Requests can be made at m:SR/SUL. If not, Foo (talk · contribs) can be moved out of the way, allowing you to login with that name.	`{{BOTREQ\|keepcontribs\|user1=Example\|user2=foo}}`	The user has a substantial number of contributions that they may want to keep, and therefore SUL account deletion is recommended. Otherwise the account blocking unification can simply be renamed out of the way. `{{{user1}}}` is their current account, `{{{user2}}}` is the destination account.
