Requests can be made at m:SR/SUL. If not, Foo (talk · contribs) can be moved out of the way, allowing you to login with that name. |

The user has a substantial number of contributions that they may want to keep, and therefore SUL account deletion is recommended. Otherwise the account blocking unification can simply be renamed out of the way. {{{user1}}} is their current account, {{{user2}}} is the destination account. |
