[edit] Culture of Northern Ireland/Culture of Ulster

Without wanting to provoke a full-scale argument, aren't Northern Ireland and Ulster very similar culturally, especially given that one contains the other.

Is there any need for two separate pages?

I'm not sure either way, to be honest, but It'd be good to have a discussion, hopefully one free from the usual acrimony these things can throw up!
