Cuixmala is located on the Pacific Ocean, on Mexico's Costalegre, also known as the Virgin Coast, and means "the soul's resting place" in Spanish.
Cuixmala was originally designed by Robert Couturier, and was the private tropical hideaway for tycoon Sir James Goldsmith. It is now an eco-resort based on green culture and is still used by the elite.
