Creedmoor Road is a major thoroughfare in Raleigh, North Carolina that for most of its length is shared by North Carolina Highway 50.

- Edwards Mill Road turns into Creedmoor Road at Parklake Avenue and Mill Village Road.

- Glenwood Avenue (U.S. Route 70) where it begins NC 50

- Sawmill Road
- Stonehenge Drive
- Howard Road/ Bridgeport Drive

- I-540 (Now leaving Raleigh, becomes two lanes.)

- Old Weaver Trail
- Reaches the city limits of Creedmoor, North Carolina and turns into S Main Street.
