Cowan Lake State Park is a park in Clinton County, Ohio, United States, in the Cowan Lake region. It is run by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
The park is a destination for birders, who can observe Mallards, American Wigeons, mergansers, Great Blue and Green-backed herons, Killdeer, and many other species of bird.[1]
