"Courtenay lies just 4 km west of the Town of Comox..." Is "lies" the right word??? I guess it sounds a bit like translation of the german phrase "Courtenay liegt...". Edroeh 15:58, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

Mt Washington is not the sole alpine ski resort on Vancouver Island. Mount Cain is located 2 hrs north of Campbell River. See www.mountcain.com for details.

Folks are not often not aware of the airport (land and water) that Courtenay has. I have put a photo on WikiMedia Commons taken on final approach that could be used. Courtenay final 31 kgw 04:59, 31 July 2006 (UTC) Maybe we should also link to Courtenay (Smit Field) Airport, Courtenay Airpark and/or Courtenay Airpark Water Aerodrome Or maybe that is a better place to add the image mentioned. . . done . .
