County Route 81 is a north-south county road in Bergen County, New Jersey between Midland Park and the New York state border in Mahwah. It also passes through Waldwick, Allendale, Ramsey, and Upper Saddle River.

The route starts out in Midland Park as Prospect Street. Once it crosses the town border into Waldwick, it becomes Crescent Avenue, where the name remains the same until the northern terminus at the state border in Mahwah.
