County Route 1 is a county highway in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

This highway extends 6.54 miles from CR 571 at Elys Corner east to CR 527 in Carrs Corner. It runs entirely within Millstone Township. It carries the name of Sweetmans Lane and Perrineville Road. CR 1 provides a southern alternative to Route 33 via CR 571 and CR 527.

CR 1 was formerly part of CR 3. It was separated from the balance of CR 3 with the 1952 establishment of CR 527 as part of the 500 Series routes.
