Countdown was a British comic book that ran for 132 issues from (issues dates) 20 February 1971 to 25 August 1973.
The pages in each issue were numbered in reverse order with page 1 at the end.

The eponymous "Countdown" strip was drawn by John Burns, and not directly based on a TV show, though it did feature a spacecraft based on the "Discovery" from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
