county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic Games in County Cork. The county board is also responsible for the Cork inter-county football, hurling, camogie and ladies football teams. <need to list the games ?

The Cork branch of the Gaelic Athletic Association was founded on December 19, 1886, making it the second oldest branch of the organisation in the country. < in the country ? is their older outside ireland if not then remove

I would suggest moving the history of hurling section to its own article, (such as History of Cork Hurling, as I have done with History of Tyrone gaelic football, and just include a brief overview of their hurling history. This point is also more prevalent if someone were to add a similar in-depth entry for the football team, and minors/ U21s/ladies etc. It would all come to too much for one article. --Macca7174 13:55, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
