This needs to be moved to Wikisource, and an article describing the constitution needs to be made. How do I indicate that on the front page? TheArmadillo 23:58, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

I am really not sure being a newbie. The text itself is a translation of a rather lengthy Flemish version [1]. I will add more when I find more time. RedZebra 08:09, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

  • The last user seems to be referring to an older, deleted version. Look at the date he added his comment. This article has been deleted a few times before, and apparently was at one time just copied from the Constitution itself. Your version seems fine, though I think you should clarify whether the 1831 version was a written or unwritten constitution. :) CanadianCaesar Et tu, Brute? 08:16, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
    • True :). I just wasn't looking. I will add a sentece which might serve as a brief introduction. RedZebra 08:22, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sovereignty of communities/regions

Can the national government formally overturn or veto decisions made by the communities/regions, or are these genuinely sovereign entities like federal states? This does not seem to have been clarified in any of the relevant articlea on Belgian law and politics. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Grant65 (talkcontribs) 12:33, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
