CONCACAF Champions' Cup 2003

The 2003 season of the CONCACAF Champions' Cup club tournament was won by Club Toluca after a 5-4 aggregate win over Monarcas Morelia in the final. The 16-team format was scrapped for an eight-team format in 2004.
