I'm currently giving it a grade of Start on the Wikipedia 1.0 Assessment Scale and an importance of Low on this importance scale. [edit] Biased statement removed

I have removed the statement "Commonwealth Secondary School is now among the top secondary schools in Singapore based on academic results." in the introduction. Since when has Commonwealth been one of the top? If it is, approximately half of Singapore's secondary schools can be considered "top" too. Value-addedness does not mean top in academic results.
