Comet Bay College is situated in Secret Harbour, Western Australia. It opened in 2006 and was located at Comet Bay Primary School but in 2007, the school moved to its official site south of the primary school.

As of 2008, the school only takes Year 8, Year 9, and year 10 students. The school consists of a block for each year level, a Gym, a Library, an Oval, a Cafeteria, a Performing Arts area, and an Admin area. The school has an Academic talent program, Football and Golf development programs, Drama and Visual Arts extension programs, Music programs and a Media extension program.

The construction of the school was completed in May/June 2007.
