[edit] Page Creation and Copyright

I just created this page, however I used the source material found at this BNL article which I referenced. Despite the fact that it's a .gov website, I think there may be copyright on the material. However, it is part of a press release publicizing BNL's work, which is rightly included in the wikipedia article, and there exists no explicit copyright statement on the page. It can be argued that use of this information in any form, commerical or otherwise cannot harm BNL, so I wonder if the point is important even.

Perhaps someone should look at the legal issues here. The article can simply be rewritten but I do not have time to do this now. I made simple edits and wikification to the original to better fit an encylopedic context. - JustinWick 21:36, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
