Colonsay Airport (IATA: CSA) is located on the island of Colonsay, Argyll and Bute, Scotland. It is a small airport, and is not currently used for commercial aviation.
However, in 2006, the airport's operators, Argyll and Bute Council established plans to operate commercial flights between Oban and Colonsay. As such, the council have began to upgrade the airport to handle flights, and a small terminal building is currently under construction. The council's plan is to have flights from Glasgow Airport and Edinburgh Airport operate to Oban, and onwards to the island[1].
