Coach USA is an American transportation service provider providing scheduled intercity bus service, local and commuter bus transit, city sightseeing, tour and charter bus service. The company's operations are based around New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, the Midwest, and Los Angeles (Megabus only). Scheduled non-Megabus intercity bus service is centered around the Southern Tier of New York state.

Initially expanding througout the United States, Stagecoach Group sold or spun off all of Coach USA's subsidiaries based outside of the Midwest and New Jersey to various companies, with operations in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions becoming Coach America, owned by Fenway Partners, and operations in the Southeast becoming American Coach Lines, also a Fenway-owned company. Operations in New England were sold to Peter Pan Bus Lines. The company has since re-entered the Los Angeles market with Megabus service between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The standard Coach USA branding for units not specially branded for specific services is a red, white, and blue C with a star at the end, the words Coach USA, and a red, white, and blue stripe, similar to #70422 shown in the infobox. Alternatively, buses such as #1754 to the left, run primarily under the Red & Tan in Hudson County brand in Hudson County, New Jersey, are painted in the corporate livery of parent Stagecoach Group.

In the midwestern, northeastern, and western United States, the Megabus brand was launched in the United States with three networks of services based out of Chicagoland, Los Angeles, and New York City. The California hub is closing in mid-June 2008 because of insufficient ridership.

Buses in this brand are easily identifiable by megabus.com on the nose and sides, and the Megabus logo on the rear of the coach (such as is the case on 58525 pictured to the right).
