Image:Ken1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. [edit] Should the Irish Kennedys be called a clan?
The clan system doesn't exist in Ireland in the same sense as it does in scotland, although the government recognised a Irish clan charity in 1989, it's more of a retrospective idea. I'm removing the word clan in references to the Irish family unless anyone has an objection. Other articles on other common Irish surnames e.g. McCarthy, O Brien don't use the word clan in their articles at all. Everytime (talk) 15:08, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
