Clarke County High School is a school in Berryville, Virginia. In 2006, it was placed 19th on Newsweek's Top 1200 High Schools list.
Clarke belongs to the A Bull Run District, Region B and the group A classification in Virginia. In Fall 2006, the Clarke County Eagles won the girls' and boys' cross country state championships for the third year in a row, equaling a state record. Both the boys' and girls' basketball teams and the boys track team also earned state titles that school year. Overall, the school has 13 state titles to its name. Clarke County High School, as well as most of the other local high schools, also has students that attend Mountain Vista Governor's School.

The school, with a maximum planned capacity of only 300 students, is currently over 700 students strong. Clarke County High School has had numerous additions of trailers to adapt to the high influx of students into the county and into the High School.

The Wachovia Cup is a prestigious award given to the North Virginia school who has performed best in the fields of athletics and academics. Clarke County has held the cup for 3 consecutive years.
