I have moved the following contribution from the article on the grounds that it is written in a discursive style. I hope that this can be sorted out. Notjim 19:49, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

Your information about City Arts [Centre], Dublin, is incorrect. The strategic review process -the Civil Arts Inquiry - did not prove to be more expensive than anticipated but was completed successfully at low cost and with financial support of the Arts Council. Capital resources from the sale of the organisation's building are on deposit and are ringfenced for the provision of a new home base - a programming space, the search for which is well underway with the assistance of a leading Dublin estate agency. All of this is documented in the organisation's audited accounts and published material of which the Arts Council is fully aware.
