Are any of these early LDS denominations Church of Christ Rigdonite, Godbeite, Parrishite, etc. related to the Churches of Christ? I attended a Church of Christ in SC one time and found some amazing similarities to the LDS views regarding Apostacy. I heard they were related, but does anyone have more conclusive evidence, or is it just circumstantial in relation to the Restoration Movement?

Sidney Rigdon was a Campbellite minister before he converted to Mormonism, I think. Apart from that I don't think there is any direct connection, apart from arising in America around the same period of time. Snocrates 07:10, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
