Chuck Rozanski

Charles Rozanski (born 1955) is the President and CEO of Mile High Comics Inc. which is based in Denver, Colorado. He was born in Goldbach, Bavaria, Germany and later moved to the United States with his mother and step-father, an American army officer. Mile High Comics was started out of Chuck's parents' basement in 1969, and since then has become one of the largest comic book retail companies in the United States. Chuck is widely recognized as an industry leader and in 2003 he was awarded the Defender of Liberty award by the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund for his long-standing dedication to the protection of free speech.[1] Rozanski currently resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife, Nanette, and four daughters: Rowan, Aleta, Tanith, and Elsbeth.
