Regarding R-Type II - this in fact isn't the arcade release (which the link points to) but is in fact the last four levels of R-Type - at the time of released the eight levels of R-Type wouldn't fit onto the standard HuCard so the games was released as R-Type (with the first four levels) and R-Type II (the last four). When R-Type was eventually released on CD-ROM all eight levels were included. Please can someone with more knowledge of the table used on this page redirect R-Type II to R-Type and put in a brief explanation relating to the fact that's it's not the arcade version and instead is the last four levels of R-Type ?
