This image is the front cover of the 1991 Capitol Records release of CHOBA B CCCP by Paul McCartney, originally released in the Soviet Union only. Note that unlike the original album's cover art, the title is misprinted on this release as "СНОВА Б СССР".

Its inclusion here is claimed as fair use because:

It illustrates educational articles about the album from which the cover illustration was taken.
The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
It is a low resolution image.
The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
