[edit] Expansion Needs

Contraversy - sources, more detail. Role in politics, role in rabbinical courts of israel

Does anyone have an Internet contact for the Chief Rabbinate - I can't find a website, or even an email address of a worker / rabbi? Specifically, I'm interested in their Kashrut Division... I'll keep searching and post something here if I find...

[edit] Abraham Ashkenazi

I took out Abraham Ashkenazi (1869-1880). Based on dates shown, was not under Palestinian mandate. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a complete list (probably in chief rabbi) of pre-mandate chief rabbis, but it doens't make sense to just show Ashkenazi by himself.
