Talk:Chaos Legion
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Added a bunch of stuff. Previously was just "Chaos Legion is a videogame made by Capcom", so I added lots of more stuff. Seeing as how I'm not that far into the game, though, I'm unable to add a WHOLE lot...plus, I don't know that much about Wiki-ing. --TerminusEst13
Okay, who was the silly boy who added this into "Shooter stubs"? This game isn't a shooter. Moved to Computer and Video Game stubs. --TerminusEst13

[edit] Clean Up
Okay, I cleaned this up a little bit, added the legions and their abilities and fixed some errors. Anything else that needs to be changed?
Again, I cleaned it up and added a few more things. Unless something major needs to change, I'll stop updating. Baron Von Carnage 01:34, 15 October 2005 (UTC)
- I felt this article could use some attention. It appears to have undergone some major overhauls even since the above comment was added. I have given the article a major revision. My complaints with the article before my revision are:
-
- Overly flowery language. This is an encyclopedia.
- Too much point of view and bias. It was written as from the view of a fan who viewed the game as receiving unduely negative reception. The music section, for one, obviously had a positive bias. I would respect such phrases similar to "garnered a cult-like following" if there were references. But most of it was just opinionated fluff that needed to go. A bit of cruft here and there, too.
- No citations. Admittedly, I did not add any sources, but that does not nullify the fact that we don't have sources.
- Too much unnecessary bolding and italics. It was all over the place. Judging from other video game article plot sections, I decided to remove nearly all of these.
- The text before the contents table was far too lengthy. I deleted part of it for reasons pertaining to the others I have given, and the other part I moved into the gameplay section. The text before the contents now could probably use some revision however, and I would encourage someone to rephrase it.
- Tense issues. The story section should be told in present tense to keep it consistent with other video game articles.
-
- Wow, that's a lot of bullets. In any event, I would gladly welcome additions to the new version as much of my revision was chopping the article down. But I would like to ask that it not be reverted to the old version without a valid reason given here on the talk page. Even then, I would like to see many changes made to it. The article needs attention. Thanks in advance! --Trance 07:06, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] gameply change
I remove the two FPSs.I added the dynasty wariors link, for two reasons 1)it is part in the same genre, action/hack and slash, and 2)it is often discribe as a blend of Devil May Cry and Dynasty Warriors.Merc25 06:18, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
